so what i going to say maybe will go off the thread a little bit but still...
so i started to read the novel a few days ago from volume 4 and now i ended the yokohama arc, the thing is, it's really necessary to read the reminiscence arc?? or it will be ok if i leave it for later???, since i have the habit of leaving the ss and retrospective chapters after i end reading the current time line(i only read the summer chapter and the elections from the volume 5)... so i will be thankful if anyone can answer this

It is.

And it's not only a flashback arc, it is directly tied to the next one.

Its a flash back the only important one is the final ch. Which is the foreshadowing of the next vol.

What about the Kuroba family and other details? It might not be necessary to know his relation with Honami but with the content of the following volumes, it will be difficult to understand many events.

I kinda feel bad that things between Miya and Tatsuya ended unresolved.
