*checks PV* Oh, steampunk! ...and Kaji is playing a shota... again... Also, the cast has Masuda Toshiki. I enjoyed him in the shows I've heard him in so I'm looking forward to see what he's like with this character type.

(Btw I'm not really seeing the "Titan-like monsters" unless now we're to consider all giants and humanoid monsters "Titan-like".)

This is strange, since when I started watching the PV a few times before, she wears white short shorts when she kicks into action. I seriously don't get what they didn't add that to this pic, but I admit I usually like skirt-flipping/ass shots, even if they showcased it a little bit too much.

EDIT: Just closely look at what her description say, did they even clearly say she's 12 year old even with such slightly tall and sexy body?
That's strange, as expected of Japanese makers.

I half-expected it to happen, but this news pratically confirmed it. In all fairness there's a new PV planned to air for tonight.

My hype level won't stop whenever I hear more news about this.

And from the character descriptions I looked up through Japanese wiki, Ikoma better needs to do something to convince he would be showing his true skills to the world, since the way he's treated by people seems unfair so long as we hear actual reasons for why he's disliked and why we should care for him from the get-go.

I'm on the fence about Mumei's voice. It doesn't fit her looks, but I suppose it does work for her personality.

And I agree that at times the art style has this 90s-ish vibe to it. It's the combination of sketchy/rough linework + shading with more delicate linework + details where needed. I dig it.

I can't contain my hype for it either, but damn some of the shots in the newest PV look absolutely beautiful...and Mumei look like a playful character that hide her dark side with a smile.

Here's hoping to see more of Ayame though, she doesn't get enough screentime in the promotional material even though she's one of the main characters as well.

I actually really love the opening theme by Egoist, I feel it fits the show's tone greatly, I actually somehow want to hold my breath to the eventual plot and for once, I need to read the lyrics of their song to see if it matches the show's serial direction when it comes out.
