The judo match seems to be the most realistic anime so far. At least it is far more realistic than the Natsuki Crisis, a mixed martial art anime. The judo match in that anime is still cool.

Pretty genki anime about this particular sport, CGDJT. Animation held up pretty well for the most part too.
