I'd have to say Aruruu from Utawarerumono is the single-most, uber-cutest voice I have ever heard in my life. EVER. END OF STORY.

It just makes me feel all fuzzy inside thinking about it. ^_^

I also think Mizuho Kazami from Onegai Teacher has a ridiculously cute voice as well.

hehe Yeah i agree but the Cutest of all time is Def Cardcaptor Sakura kinomotos (Done by Sakura Tange) and coming in Second would be Tomoyo Daidōji (Done by Iwao Junko)

I agree with Noto Mamiko. She sounds naturally cute (like a real child). A lot of the voices people have been listing sound too forced and ridiculous to me.

Aside from their cuteness, I would also say they're the BEST of best friends I've seen in anime. I just love their relationship, especially Tomoyo's constant, ever vigilant, watchful eye over Sakura.

- Yukarin as Furude Rika (Higurashi) . Her childish voice is uber moe.
- Special mention to Horie Yui as Ayu (Kanon). Cutest voice ever. Period.
- Noto Mamiko as Kotomi (Clannad). This seiyuu impressed me, to say the least. I didn't really like her voice at first, and I couldn't help but sigh whenever I heard her. I remember thinking "Damn. Mamiko Noto is voicing a character in Clannad. Oh, please..."
Well, I didn't expect her to have such a voice. Damn, her "ijimeru ? ijimeru ?!" is the cutest thing ever.

I'll also have to agree with The Chaos here. Fu-chan's voice really brought out her character as a whole. I'm always amazed at the great choices for VAs that KyoAni has, also pointing out the great roles played by Hirano Aya, Misao's and Patty's VAs which, to me, were full of win.

Well, actually KyotoAni should not get the credit for the cast for both Kanon and Clannad. In Kanon's case, it's the same original Toei cast (save for the male protagonist). In Clannad's case, it is same original Key cast (also save for the male protagonist).

I used to like Noto Mamiko's voice too but after hearing her in so many roles it just started annoying me.

I agree with your evaluation of Hanazawa Kana. Only to add that Shika in Mushiuta is also voiced by her. Really really cute.
