I guess it was bound to happen...Shintaro running into his first vampire girl! Or his first Chuuni girl, complete with double red contacts that immediately pop out! I mean, it's not like he's some kind of demi-human magnet that just calls these girls to him? Or maybe he is .

Shintaro is such a wimp refusing the offer of a maid cafe visit. I mean, I get not wanting to leave Towa alone, but still. I want to see Lilishika in her maid outfit !

Towa so wholesome she thinks even being a chuuni is respectable because they're following their dreams .

Shintaro can't avoid girls arriving on his balcony, can he? Though it's not a burglar breaking into his apartment...but vampire Lilishika here to go to town on his neck. Because she is, indeed, a vampire and one who looks great in a black dress...and she's fallen hard for Shintaro's scent .

Lilishika is a respectable vampire that drinks grape juice instead of blood, but she just can't help herself around Shintaro! But at least she seems okay with love bites! Even if she still pounces on him !

Shintaro enjoying what it's like sleeping with two girls in the same bed! At least until the morning, when Lilishika sensibly is gone. RIP Lilishika !?

Shintaro has become embroiled in so much Harem romcom shenanigans that he's forgot all about his finals! Good thing Tsumugi is ready to secure a study date to help him! You go girl! Though she still has to contend with other supernatural girls .

Shintaro had thought he'd seen the last of Lilishika, but not only does she go to his school and is in the same year as him, but her real name is Sayuri Kagami! And she wants to continue where they left off by recruiting him as her servant in the occult research club along with her cute bat familiar who would be his Senpai! How could he refuse!? I mean, can I have those tickets to her birthday ?

Of COURSE the rest of his Harem walk in on just as Sayuri is about to chomp down on his neck, though while she probably needs to control herself more, she's just a girl who feels really strongly and is drawn to him...and Shintaro can't completely refuse her. He may as well invite all the girls to his apartment at this rate .

One thing Towa can experience in Japan that she can't in Heaven...the changing of the seasons !

Noel wants to study for finals with Shintaro! Because that's what friends do! And as tempting as heading to her place is, or bringing her home to Shintaro's apartment, Tsumugi isn't about to let Shintaro be alone with another girl (or two) without her involved. Besides, it's more convenient to relax and study in the Occult Club's room with Mofumofu! And Tsumugi-sensei is a good teacher, and she earned Shintaro calling her by her first name at least once .

Kagami...I mean, Lili-chan is a riot. She has a cardboard coffin in her club room she periodically makes a big entrance out of, she Jojo poses while explaining how "Lilishika" is her real name by saying she came up with it USING her real name, and she and Noel are like of two minds when it comes to otaku stuff .

The Harem is finally complete as Shintaro bumps into the Occult Club's only other member (that isn't a skeleton president), Hisui Tsumuri (voiced by Kanon Takao)! We even get to see her panties in those black tights! And she's very cute and short like Lili-chan, but also has extreme social anxiety, especially around boys. So she doesn't start off on an immediate good note with Shintaro .

Dang, Shintaro turned down joining the Occult Club quick. And he would've brought along the rest of his Harem along with him if he'd joined .

Festival episode! It is kind of different doing a Summer Festival during the day, and we didn't get to see any of the girls in yukata, but it was a fun outing for everybody nevertheless .

I love how Lili-chan is the only one who cared about Hisui flashing her panties, Shintaro seemed to genuinely not notice until she brought it up. And Noel tried to console him that it's not a big deal because he saw her panties too (though she slapped him for it) .

No better way to close out a festival than Lili-chan getting all poetic and dramatic...though while it's respectable that Shintaro tried to save her from falling, he was dumb to forget she can fly and land himself in the water. Though no hesitation from Hisui to dive into the water to save him !

So Hisui saves Shintaro, they patch things up, and everything is hunky dory! Oh, did we mention Hisui is a Kappa? Yes, that's right, we FINALLY have the Kappa girl in the Harem! It's enough to make Tsugumi faint. Also, she's apparently destined to be the boss of Japan .

Glad we didn't waste any time introducing her to Towa .

To be honest I don't think Lili owed Shintaro any kind of apology. Not remembering that she can fly was his mistake. Plus...considering the momentum what was he even going to do besides knock her into the water anyways? Seriously, that wasn't a "I'll grab her" movement that was a dive! It's like trying to save someone that's standing too close to a fire by pushing them into it!

And now they've got a Kappa .

Will say that I haven't often seen an occasion where the harem lead goes out on a date with everyone except for the main heroine. She did show up at the end, but still. I'll give the show a break. Honestly thought there'd be little point in a harem considering how far ahead Towa was set up as at the start. But she's taken a backseat enough to allow the other characters to slide into place. And I don't see Shintaro finding the nerve to change the status quo anytime soon anyways.
