The first new anime project is a 4-episode, 10-minute adaptation of the “After School Hanako-kun” spinoff manga. Apparently this is a precursor to a full reboot of the parent series, but no details on timing there yet.

Oh, well I'm glad this isn't replacing the sequel/reboot and more Hanako-kun fun is always welcome .
