I watched it, I was expecting a longer series so I was surprised when it ended after the fourth episode. Anyway it was fine, not as good as Degeneration but miles ahead of the live action movies.

From the interview with Hasumi-san, it seems to be a test case to see if people would like to see more of it.

Based on some online comments, they'd like to see more and they didn't like that it had four episodes. Not to mention the screentime Claire had.

WTH did I just watch? All the flashback part of this RE show is a ripoff of Black Hawk Down (with some zombies mixed in). The White House & submarine parts felt like something outta generic 90s action movies starring Michael Dudikoff (with some zombie-rats mixed in), and the last action set piece is ripping off RE Degeneration from its own goddamn franchise.

Did the people who made this literally run out of any semblance of good & unique ideas?

Also, is it just me or Leon was acting kinda jerk-ish to Claire?

Just watched the 4 episode season.

Really wished they did more with Claire. RE2, RE2make, Code Veronica, Degeneration and Revelations 2 are enough proof that she can kick copious amounts of zombified ass just as well as Leon and the rest of them.
