^Fate of the world route is practically implied, but the author in Narou just generally don't have the skill to depict it as the stake is too high. For example, You have to depicts deteriorating conditions, such as demons frequent attacks actually destroy the economy, or like Maoyuu, where economy actually became dependent on another countries support because the border country cannot survive without fighting demon as the cause the get support.
You also have to write the sheer lethality of demon attack, as it actually affect populations instead of one off that happen only 1 time for the hero to show off. Making the attack actually damaging enough to present the options of " what if the demon won ?" as actually bad end. Narou writer which use Isekai as a way to easy world building generally doesn't have the skill to depict this. |

You hate your own interpretation of demon lords, because there is too much stakes. But then when someone make alternative take on it, you still hate it because you are not willing humor writers that do something else then what you hate about it.
Anyway of course gimmicky Maous and heroes count. "Maou" is literaly ruler of race or races that are called or considered demons. In other hand "Yuusha" literally means "brave" (in battle) which is different from "Eiyuu" which encompases good and moral character. In this settings Yuusha is used term not Eyuu. Both have plenty of room to play with sterotypes.

I just want a global problem where it is truly "global" and a problem that affects many instead of just a few
Not about 3 or 4 countries (sometimes less or just 0.5) in a world that is the size of the moon (or less) And above all, being this similar to the previous, that the important places are not on the periphery "If you want to destroy the ring, go to the other side of the world, not to the nearby town" |

They probably depends when is reincarnation "canceled". If it's during process, baby would be probably stillborn. If it's simply refusing to get reincarnated in first place then, some other soul would house it.
Edit: As for former, reincarnator soul would get shifted elsewhere. Possess random nearby person, item or move into wrong baby,
