If something other otome manga teached me...the events are hardcoded to screw our MC, so yeah those already are literally Hard Coded in the universe... and seems will keep happening till she fully won Maria it seems

That's true, actually nobody knows how really that "isekai" things happens, it may be one of infinite universes, where change in one as a result of transferring information (soul? brainwaves? something like Boltzmann brain?" from other universe do not create time paradox, or maybe there is a risk of time loop? For example creator of "Fortune Lover" after some nifty mushrooms saw other universe or something, but now Catarina change story which creator of game saw and so paradox is created? Maybe her brain is in some crazy God wannabe scientist jar, or maybe in real purgatory?

She have no idea, and so there is a risk "fate" or something may push for the same result.

So far all the events of the game have worked in her favor. If danger comes, it'll be from factors outside the game.
