Wait, you mean 30 man raid as in which raids? (I’m actually not tired from just getting off work right now, which made me think you said “30 train” yesterday -_-)

Wind only has 2 bow characters so far: Metera and Feena.
The game overall only has 7 bow characters: - 3 of them are Metera, one of them is a Christmas limited character - 2 are Ilsa, one of them being a summer limited character. - Feena - Song

The wind setup I was talking about earlier with Hollowsky axe is supposed to be good for up to 900,000 damage, though my setup hasn’t gotten that strong yet.

I’m not talking about just hollowsky axe. I’ve got wind berserker’s barrage main, stamina weapons, several damage cap ups, FLB Rosetta dagger, etc. with Andira and Nio running almost constant multi-attack buffs to keep my berserker axe’s att buff going and 100% uptime wind att up from Scathaha.

Nekomancer with ult staff will definitely be one of the GW strats. Another will be Runeslayer with CCW. Same as Fire and Light (and even dark to some extent). These two classes are kind of super broken if you have secondary sources of echoes and strong burst DATA.
Wind magna is so broken with the release of the wind gisla and monkey flb. You almost can't beat it in PBHL or UBHL assuming equal ping and no chance if not equal ping. Lecia Nio Zoi Scath for PBHL and Lecia Nio Monkey for UBHL. It's both funny and sad to see Tia main Nekos beat Agni Mahous with 6 ixabas ;_;

There's definitely room for 2 but I wouldn't use more than 1 unless you also plan to use it for a potential Zeph grid later. It's something like Ultima staff mh 6/7 guns 1/2 gisla 1 xeno.
1 gisla is where you get the most benefit, but 2nd still is really strong when you run zoi.

Spear of Assail. Practically the same as Gisla for wind.

I need some advice. I’m seriously stuck on which Atma weapon to choose. I currently have wind and earth Ultima swords; spear is a choice for my Varuna grid, blade is a choice for earth when I finally get Cain and unlock Octo, but I could see an Atma fist for dark with Orchid, Azazel, Renie, and/or Lady Grey.
Or maybe there’s a good grid setup with a different Atma weapon I don’t know about.

Break one of the Omega swords. Alternatively, grind more Ubaha for another Omega core. If you get that new weapon from ther event, the total of Omega weapons is 4.
In general, aside of sword, the favored weapons so far are Katana (Earth, Water), Staff (Wind, Light, Fire, Water to a certain degree), Spear (Fire, Water, Light to a certain degree, Most likely wind too with Grimnir), Fist (Dark, Fire). As for the rest: -Dagger is feasible but exclusive to Dark (and this isn't really a good idea since Parazonium should suffice). Same for Gun to a certain degree, although it can be used for Fire too. -Bow is doable but extremely niche and not exactly the best either (Light with Sorn + Metera and that's about it). -Harp and axe are pretty much pointless. From my point of view, Katana, Staff and Spear are the most impactful out there, so with the sword, that is exactly 4 weapons to use.

Thanks for the advice.
Though now I’m not sure which sword to break. -_- Wind sword is great, but my Hollowsky axe grid with Scath, Andrea, and Nio is actually doing a lot more damage and isn’t even finished yet. On the other hand, I’ll probably be using katana for earth and could use wind Ultima sword in my grid for a sword party, but earth Ultima sword is the best sword mainhand for earth (and wind) right now. (at least as far as I know) Choices, choices.....

Both Swords are pretty much outdated for end game composition, it heavily depends of your own roster.
Earth doesn't need the sword because Kengo with Cain, Bordia and Okto is pretty much braindead strong, but you need the class weapon anyway (or Omega blade). Alternatively, the Hollowsky axe is a legit good main hand weapon and is "more flexible". Wind doesn't need the sword either because Anchira and Nio provide all the DATA you need, and wind up buffs can be obtained elsewhere, namely Scath. And as I said, they are very likely leaning towards staff and spear instead. If anything, the omega sword is just a comfort omega weapon and has been fading out of meta for a while, since most optimized team don't use any sword character anymore, or barely if there is any (mostly Light and Fire, and they don't use it as a MH). So the one sword you should keep should be left for the element that need it the most in your case. Or you can simply break both and go to the 3 weapons I've listed + fist.
