Doubt it, the whole character arc for Xenovia is for her to overcome strada, which with avalon will likely happen in next vol as no doubt she would have improved after holding off appollon who is stronger than strada

I think its still too early for Xenovia to surpass Strada.
Plus if im not mistaken, in shin she challenged kiba saying something like "you need to pass over me first before you get to issei"

If issei gonna be eligible for being in top4 in the tournament. I think every devil who made it to the main stage of tournament should get a promotion. I mean kiba, akeno are still mid class not to mention the other in the peerages of Rias, and isse peerages, most are still low class since they didnt do midclass test nor got any promotion.

Her Dad's a duke and her mom is from the house of Great king so she will get the title naturally anyway.

Obviously Rias

Ultimate class title is not naturally given, it has to be earned even for pure devils, only high class status is confered naturally though Rias is at least ultimate class in combat capability

Where was that stated? Vali got ultimate devil rank without earning it because his a lucifer.

That goes in line with old stuff about prince, princess, dukes, archduke, king, Great king and Satan's being ultimate class though. Risevim was called Prince by the evil dragons because it was his social status. Vali would be a Prince too. The interesting thing is that Rias dad is socially a duke.

Yeah but the name Gremory is just one of many dukes. The name "Lucifer" is far more important than Gremory. In fact it's more important than the Bael name. Vali is the last descendant of the Lucifer bloodline and given his war achievements in the evil dragon war, he's a special case. Rias haven't done anything to earn the title of Ultimate class.

Sure but they are at least high class in term of power and it is just like Ise in volume 11 because during the pratical exam the other candidates said he has the power to fight high class despite being a low class Devil
