Vidar with his boots can beat Fenrir. That's why Fenrir is afraid of him. According to Volume 25 spoilers.
@Lucidrago: Again, this from Volume 25 spoilers, but Typhon is revealed to be stronger than Fenrir. Also the Top 10 list in Volume 13 is a contextual list since Ishibumi gave it when he was asked about the list Vali mentioned in Volume 4. Ishibumi also said in the Afterword that True Form Sirzechs and serious Ajuka would be included in the ranks. And in that DxD characters as Pokémon types list, I'm pretty sure Ise should be a Dragon, Flying, and Fighting type. He can fly too, you know. And he can also breathe fire and has resistance to non-supernatural flames. Could also be a Fire type.

Let's just wait until Volume 25 is translated until we say.
For example, it could have been that Typhon is stronger than the Fenrir we saw in Volume 7. Or it could be that Typhon is stronger than the Fenrir in Volume 24 that was at 80% power. Again just wait. |

Its not like the spoilers have been even remotely vague.

Yes we know that Issei defeated Vidar and how the matches concluded. I'm talking about how It's impossible to exactly know the details unless you have read the volume.
I responded to Osman saying Typhon being stronger than Fenrir and I told him to wait until the volume is translated. |
