@Bleach1996: Pseudo DxD G too is Heavenly Dragon-class. In Volume 25, when Ddraig got out and flexed his aura, Ise said his power is equal to or greater than his own in the armor (and he was Pseudo DxD G that time -- Ddraig can come out 8 minutes after Ise activates Pseudo DxD, and the form itself lasts for 88 minutes, thanks to Ise having drank Amrita prior to the match). Even if True DxD G is more powerful, it's not by much. Both are Heavenly Dragon-class. Ise would have to make his better to make DxD G mod more powerful. Same with all of his other forms too. Or at least that's what I think.

I don't think Ise will use Dress Break on anyone in his harem. At least on purpose. He's always tried to avoid doing it, and whenever it happened it was by accident. And I doubt he'd do it in the Azazel Cup when some of them are on an the opposing team. He wouldn't want people to see them naked.

And before someone brings up Rias letting him touch her bare breasts in front of other people to get power-ups: both of those times, she changed the angle her body was in so that only Ise could see her breasts, so really, no one other than him has seen them. In the Oppai Dragon show, the one in the Switch Princess role is an actress (same as all other roles -- they're all actors and actresses), so that also doesn't count.

@Osman This is Issei we're talking about. He sees females, he tries to strip. And even if they are his girls on the opposing team; he'll trust that they'll censor it from the audience.

If he can't Dress Break, he'll use Palingual. And read their every move.

There isn't a female in this series who stands a chance against Issei.

Well women in his harem should be immune to dress break, didn;t Xenovia and irina get hit by dress break in vol 23 but they did not really care about it

Let's say for example if Rose or Akeno was hit by dress break many times. Couldn't they just figure out how it works ? It's not magic. It's demonic power so they could nullify it if they so damn pleased.

more like oppai power, on vol 6 diodora's servants attempted to use defense spells to block his paillingual but it went through it

Even if dress break on its own could be somehow blocked, Issei could just add penetrate on top of it to make sure it is unblockable

But yeah, when Irina was hit by Dress Break, she didn't mind. Even Rose only got mad that her 100 Yen armor got destroyed. So Rias, Akeno, or any of the girls in the harem might not mind either. And the important parts will be censored anyway. But I still wonder if he'll actually do it.

I can assume you're using Psuedo DxD because even though the form's power is Heavenly Dragon-class, it doesn't have the power of "Infinity" which was able to bypass Apophis darkness ability so in a way Apophis has more of an advantage.
