Yeah, Ise need slap her, choking her while doing her in Missionary position.... Pull her hair... Then slam her to the ground, kick her butt, slap her again... Take her from there.... Holy water and holy cross should not do much to issei, it took issei using transfer to multiply their effects to hurt riser in vol 2, at Issei's current level holy water would not even sting him and a cross would have close to zero effect

The only way to make them hurt Issei would be to use excalibur blessing to boost their effects

Well Akeno can use Holy Lightning on Issei and then she can use Ascalon on him. And then has Kiba make a thousand dragon slayers for her and..........I'll stop here.

The holy cross and holy water are just the warm-up. Just some mild stinging pain and then on to the big stuff.

Doubt Kiba's dragon slayer swords (except gram) would be any threat to Issei, even seigfried could raise his defence to totally block out the dragon slayer damage, pretty sure Issei's defense now is higher than seig

Siegfried was using an enhancement that largely boosted his stats.

And Issei's armor is pretty easy to break through. Due to it being draconic in nature Kiba's dragon slayers shouldn't have much of a problem breaking through his armor. And remember that Issei is more vulnerable to dragon slayers with his new body.

Although the vulnerability to things carrying the Holy attribute is the same as it is for any other Devil, the vulnerability to Dragon Slayers is greater than before because he now has a full Dragon body. But that being said, if Ise becomes a Dragon God, he might be able to resist Dragon Slayers other than Samael.

You realize him being more vulnerable to Dragon slayers is because he lost his human side, right?

Becoming a devil doesn't effect stuff like that. You don't lose anything in doing it, you just become a devil that has those traits.

He has a Dragon body, though, too. His flesh and blood is Great Red's. His soul is probably human/Dragon/Devil. But he's still more Dragon than Devil because of how his body is. I don't think becoming a Devil or an Angel via reincarnation changes your genetic makeup.

Still Issei can't become Ophis or an actual Dragon god like her. The deal with Grim Reaper scythes not working on Issei is because they directly attack a person's lifespan instead of the person itself. And Issei's lifespan is unstable, hovering between zero and infinite.

He grows devil wings and gets weaker under the sun. He can see in the dark and his body gets stronger than before.

It's blatantly a biological change. He's more dragon than he was before, because before he was a human turned into a devil who had draconic elements. Now he's a dragon shaped like a human that was turned into a devil.

The reincarnation doesn't mix in with the others like his dragon power was mixing with his humanity in his old body. You go from [X] to [a devil with the traits of X]. You don't lose anything in the change, but you completely become a devil.

@Lucidrago: When Ophis's power of infinity was coming out from every part of his body in Volume 24, Ddraig said Ophis might be trying to make Ise the third Dragon God. When Ise guessed that she might be trying to do the same for Vali with Maouification, Ddraig said that she might be trying to make both of the current generation Two Heavenly Dragons into Dragon God-level beings. The way I read it is that if Ddraig is right, Ise will become an actual Dragon God while Vali will only become Dragon God-level. There's a distinction in the way Ddraig worded it, since when it was just about Ise he said "third Dragon God", but when Vali was included he said "Dragon God-level".

Ise's affinity with Dragon-related things is greater, and this is also evidenced by him being able to fly better with his Dragon wings than with his Devil wings. Basically, his affinity with his Devil wings is bad. That's what it means.
