Admittedly I don't speak Japanese, so I can't be sure, but it looks like there are two series going on here, the skit comedy promo things and what appears to be "Lets Play the Dies Irae VN with Kasumi and Rea!" (Never going to happen, I still say fund a literal version of this (i.e. chibi Rea and chibi Kasumi playing through the whole game) now!).
