Good for you. It took me I think more than 30 runs of E3H to clear the map AND get I-13.

I think my luck just ran out, since my girls keep being BTFO by the Wo Kai flagship in E-2 every single time (9 runs and counting).

I really regret being an idiot and not making any seaplane fighters.

Edit: maybe I missed it again last event but some people on the wiki claim some update notes state that Isolated Island princess is now immune to Type 3 Shells is that true?
If so is she also immune to the other stuff?
Also how can BBs attack them effectively then?

Am I supposed to use Boss support when running for Node I or Node support - it still has its boss icon...

Boss Support, since Node I is essentially a second boss node.

Also dropping down to Normal mode - I can't seem to get through Node M (Oh what surprise - I can't get through node M totally unexpected, not like its literally happening EVERY EVENT )

Plus the bragging rights next to my picture aren't really worth that much trouble. - Maybe I can even sneak amy Carriers Past that Re for the debuff now.

Edit: Got emnough of this stupid map forgot about the los requ and am out of Seiaun now. - dumbest mechanic they could have come up with. They could have at least upped the chances to get a saiun

Could be worse, you can get only one after 200+ tries (though I got a bunch of Ryuusei Kai and Shiden along).

Anyway, still stuck in E-2 without being able to lower the gauge.

The really ironic thing about it is that I had it already cleared on Hard and my subs also got through there much smoother than on normal. I am now btw totally out of Saiuns - not even got one to stop red t now.

If I have to drop down to Easy now I'm gonna cry.

Well, made some tweaks and general changes at my E-2 composition and now was able to make it past while taking good chunks from the TP bar. I just have to pray to RNGesus to NOT crash against the double TA elite + golden carrier in node H.

What did you guys use in E3s LBAS and where did you send them?

I am currently running with everything to the Boss node, wheras the first strike group is mainly fighters. + One LBA
Second 2 Fighters and 2 LBA

Running it on medium btw.

Having trouble with the last dance of E-2. My transport fleet is getting utterly destroyed by the boss, and I'm thinking there must be another way. Is it possible to switch to another type of fleet, and if so, which is better, carrier or surface?

I use 2 type21(skilled) and 2 land-based bomber on each LBAS and I always send them on the boss node. Usually, getting to the boss is the big issue as my 2 CVL end up being the targets of the Wo-class.

For me its the FBBs
Even trying to do the secret debuff now but apparently my Subs can't seem to S rank Node I and my attempts to sneak Iowa, Roma,Italia, Maya, Sara and Kaga there failed for some unknown reason as they got rerouted to Node G

Dumb thing is: Subs need at least 5 F33 LOS - which basically means that 2 of your Subs can't cut in.
And that assumes all your subs get there 100% intact

Just hope I won't have to farm I13 and she drops naturally while cleaning the map.

E2: Wait 2x LBA? Doesn't that make all 4 Flights come in with AI?

What level are your Subs?
With my lvl88+ Subs, I only need one Type 0 Recon and one Shiun on my I-401 Kai (91) to get 7.9 F33 LoS.

I think F33 also calculates your HQ level in, so if you have a lower HQ level than me (which is 108) you'll naturally have an easier time getting the required LoS.

The problem is that their max Yasen DMG seems to be around 100 against her when they cut in.
Again this assumes all of them got through to Night Battle undamaged.

Well, I can get to the Boss, but they won't kill her.
None of them did a CI in my three tries so far.
4/6 of my Subs don't even hit her at Yasen at all.

I am missing 0.2 LOS
So its likely just Shiori's level for me.

But yeah for me its mostly that all hit but none do enough damage. I almost had her one run with just 44 HP left but I still think a surface fleet will fare far better.

(apparently what Off.routed me was 4CV/BB, which is only known on wikiwiki atm)

Finally managed to get them through and see there - Tone Ended it with her 'I won't loose to that Chikuma' sentence... Guess who was the drop

My biggest worry now is how to kill the boss twice in a row
