I'm not sure whether this considered details but I'll try it with scene's sequences first. It's a whole chapter after all (chapter 3 of vol 19 or chapter 13 of 10MC arc)
The scenes are:
1. Tomokazu and Katsuto were pursuing Gu Jie until Tomokazu's car got wrecked.
2. Tatsuya and Masaki (who waiting in port to ambush) were pursuing Gu Jie after Tatsuya found out that Gu Jie's car changed direction into beach instead of port, until one of corpse warrior jumped out from car and sliced Tatsuya's bike into two.
After this there are two separates action, Tatsuya's fight with Toshikazu and Masaki and Juumonji's men were pursuing Gu Jie.
3. (The spoiler of Tatsuya's fight is quite detail I thought) Tatsuya's fight with Toshikazu as stated in spoiler until he left Yakumo and asked him to do something with Toshikazu's corpse.
4. (Masaki was pursuing Gu Jie, sorry I forgot, well the Masaki's scenes didn't register well in my memory, sorry
) As spoiler stated he was intercepted by Inagaki. Inagaki's skill with bayonet was really good because some of Juumonji's men were immediately killed and didn't even have a chance to strike back.
5. (Masaki's scene) After Masaki defeated Inagaki, the illegal saboteur agents from USNA attacked Masaki from woods near the beach. He was conflicted whether to pursue Gu Jie who running away with airboat or to silence the mysterious attackers. He couldn't pursue Gu Jie because of the attack so he chose to defeat the attackers first. But because of the agents were attacking him, he couldn't carelessly to charge to the woods. Much less when he had practically no back up.
6. Katsuto came late because of failed pursuing and noticed there were mysterious attackers from woods and he charged to the wood from other side of woods. Those attackers who didn't realize Katsuto charged from behind were thrown in confusion and their formation were obstructed.
7. Realizing their formation was falling, Masaki then charged into woods. Since it was pincer attack, the agents immediately subdued.
8. Many agents were captured, so Katsuto and Masaki were discussing on what to do with captured men (The illustration picture of Katsuto and Masaki). From their equipments, they inferred those people were USNA agents. But because those agents were illegal, they wanted to dig more information from them. They decided Katsuto would handle that while Masaki would continue pursuing Gu Jie. Masaki planned to run in sea and captured Gu Jie directly but Katsuto said it's dangerous, however Masaki said there's no other idea. So in the end Katsuto allowed him.
9. The USNA illegal saboteur agents suddenly were burned. It was self-inflicted spell but the invokers weren't them themselves. It was the mechanism which planted to USNA agents in order to hide leaked information from captured agents or inferred equipments. The one who pressed the switch was Canopus. The fire were so big that Katsuto and Masaki practically were a bit delayed to put that fire out.
10. Meanwhile, Tatsuya, after leaving Yakumo, were pursuing Gu Jie by running from the cliff. The speed of run was 60 kmph. Because it wasn't military mission, he couldn't afford to use 101's mobile suit. He reached to the woods and stopped just after the fire went out. He bewildered how such comes there's such a big fire.
11. (I forgot whether Katsuto explained it to Tatsuya or not) Tatsuya asked on how their next moves. Katsuto said Masaki will pursue him directly by running to the sea.
12. That moment, Katsuto's phone ringed and it was Mayumi who called him. She said she got the cooperation of patrol ship and she came to fetch them. All of them embarked the ship with Katsuto stayed because of settling the after fire-accident (後始末).
13. On board that ship, Yakumo was already there and Tatsuya questioned Mayumi why she picked Yakumo too. Tatsuya questioned her while glaring to Mayumi, which made Mayumi scared to death. But with captain's cue to inform the boat will sail, that tension was subsided.
