Evidence of flowing liquid water on Mars

http://www.theguardian.com/science/2...ing-water-mars
Just search up Mars news on google and you'll find a lot of information, heck even the logo has changed to commemorate the discovery. It has been discovered that water occasionally flows on the surface of Mars.
While this discovery may not seem so big, the real deal is the now likely existence of microbes within the water and by extension the possibility of life on Mars. Discuss and also I encourage others to post more info on this

Sooooo ... when will I be able to be given a gondola tour is what I want to know.

In all seriousness this is an interesting discovery - though with regards to microbes and the rest ... I am of the "I will believe it when I see it" approach at the moment.

Hey, it seems that a Fourth Tokyo Prefecture isn't that farfetched after all.

It's water on Mars alright, straight from NASA.
Spoiler for water on mars?:

Come on, someone had to do it! It's an amazing discovery, albeit ~10 years old and it will boost the morale of the Mars 1 team...but I believe it will spur more hype than anything else. Still, it's an extra point of reference in future planning even for unmanned expeditions.
