Steve Rogers had never made his own hero suit, he always ended up with whatever other people want him to wear. I mean, that was why he wears the original War Bonds outfit to begin with.

Simple, Stark consider his suit to already be famous in itself, and need no other emblems.

It is always questionable to give the film Thor a uniform. Because he already wears magic armour that seem to get powered up whenever he is, and also because he just is too upper-crust to work under anybody but Odin.
