So, Silver just might have lied about being Deliora to get Gray to fight him. But looking at his earlier behavior, it probably goes deeper than that. Judging from what Kyouka said in Chapter 357, he supposedly still has a non-human form. And there's his reaction to Gray's name in Chapter 366 to consider. What if he wasn't completely lying; what if Deliora really did possess Silver's corpse, but Silver ended up being brought back to life along with him? In that case, he and Deliora would be sharing the same body.

I'm guessing Gray's dad is involved in a sacred ritual that connected with Zeref Demon
which means Silver and Deliora is actually same person.. it's not like Deliora controlled Silver

well.........
I'm pretty happy when Gray remembered Juvia in his "supposed to be last" moment... then Urtear's face appeared in the end.... dang! don't ruin the ship
This means it's actually because Gray is thinking about Urtear (not Juvia) so he cancelled out his "Ice Shell" magic

So Deliora is really Gray's dad. Maybe something happened that day made him released his demon form, leaving the human body behind, making Gray believed Deliora killed his father.

With all that "your ice doesn't work on me!!" I was expecting something like a blood make or a crimson iced shell, but in the end it was a double feint into Gray's pitch shot...should totally make a Fairy Tail baseball OVA at some point

Silver not being *just* Deliora makes sense, otherwise everyone would just call him Deliora (or Deli, or Delibird, or whatever). Still, going by the chapter's character reactions, Gray didn't reeeeaaally know about it - and Silver was rather sadistic. Oh well, waiting for the next chapter!

Unfortunately for Juvia Ultear is just that awesome . It would be nice if Mashima developed Juvia more as it is she is just plain boring. Her interactions with Grey used to be funny and then during the Grand Magic Games arc she went from being amusing to being headsmackingly stupid.

Honestly speaking Juvia is no match for Ultear

I don't read the manga (anime only viewer) but was curious is the current tartarus arc nearly over? I ask because i want the next couple of arcs covered without interruption in the anime.

Ultear is just another zombie like every other badguy that should've died but didn't and magically turned good.

It seems to be coming to a close. There still a possibility of a new turnover that makes things take quite longer. My guess would be in about 8-16 chapters.

And did you mean without interruption?

Well that was a nice plot twist. I am guessing that Sliver and Deliora are now sharing the same body and the way he was acting was to get Gray to fight him.

Um, to clarify for people that somehow think "Gray's dad=Deliora" Gray specifically said that his dad was never Deliora in the first place, but was just putting on an act.

That plot twist was good imo, Wendy looking for help in others guilds makes sense to me so, good chapter overall.

No, it wasn't. Whatever machine translator Mashima uses tends to render "chapter" as "episode".
