As a kid, you probably haven't heard of that trick in the book yet.
This was my theory once. If a leveled Swordsmith made a dagger, and you manage to plunge it into someone's heart without using skills, then they should die because at no point was any in game system used. Not only that, the system might not even recognize it as pvp in a town, so you technically can kill players in their sleep.

The thing that you have keep in mind of is that be it using handcrafted tools or not, it's the act of killing that trigger the Guards. It doesn't matter whether you're using a tool crafted by hand or by the system, or whether you're doing it with or without the use of skills. The act and the intent remains unchanged.
