Kamachi gotta make it happen, especially Index NT8 since then. Otherwise a short story of her is also welcome. Though, I'm not sure if tsunade's words can be taken as a handful of salt.

I think Stark has mistaken. Well, I guess Mikoto would probably have a BSOD right after when she learned that Touma lost his memories, meaning she fear that Touma no longer remember her anymore. "Y U NO REMEMBER WHAT WE USED TO DO?!"

She is actually the first one of the (up to date) very few girls close to Touma who knows about his memory loss, even though it was an accident that she heared it. If they animate Index 3 it will probably be the first arc when she learns about it.

But yet again, like the time in Hawai or after she rescued him...all the possibilities destroyed...why kamachi why...
And now you create a character we all love who is also just another way to stop the romantic development of other characters T.T (even if it is understandable why...)

The point is, this is Daihaseisai so it's happening after volume 10. And you're mentioning volume 14.
