It's basically the exact same exchange that occurs in episode 1 and again in episode 10.

(If there's two kanji you should learn from Kyuubey they would have to be 契約)

Ohh lookit that there was a whole nother comic in the spoiler tag. How did I miss that one.

Yeah Kyuubey's essentially saying, "Isn't that wonderful, Madoka? Thanks to your wish, everyone has been saved." And at the end he asks if she intends to "save" (destroy) the universe as well.

If it really ends like that it will be a complete WTF....Coz I don't see Madoka letting herself live on after that. The only redemption is if she says yes and somehow forces Kyuube to exterminate off his own race as well.
