Jester's Sig creations

been making sigs for myself and others for a while... i love my latest sig... i think its my best work so far...

i am still learning though... after getting some critisizm both from others and myself, i worked on improving the sig...

i wanted to make the apple look more "Juicy" and appealing...



the latest revision... i messed with the hue and saturation of misa so it would look less faded...

also the apple seems to be looking tastier and tastier each time... hehe...

so what do u think... first overall of the sig, and secondly of the changes... did it get better each time? worst? or did it not even make a difference???

any comments and suggestions would be much appreciated... don't be afraid to be blunt....

better.. but the sig look weird... because all the BG images are very sharp.. but your main image herself is blurry .. sharpen her.. aand blur the BG a bit ... and get a better font =/

BG is just a simple recolor of a cropped picture too.. so cant say about the composition

mmmkay, sharpened her a bit, i tried blurring the background, but it looked a bit wierd, so i left it as is, also one of my friends told me the hand bag looked a bit out of place, so i cropped, rotated and adjusted her arm so the bag is out of the sig... as for the font, i don't have a variety of font, and i tested out LOTS of different kinds(of the ones i had), i just felt this one was the best fit.... IMO... oh wells...



mmmm, i was also told the she looked a bit out of place, so i figured i'd try meshing the middle pic with the rest of the sig, color wise, though i kept the apple red, cuz i thought it looked wierd, blue... plus the apple is kinda the center piece of my sig...



haven't decided which one i like best though, the one with Misa in original colors or with her blued up like the rest of the image... let me know what you all think...

I love those backgrounds.
What do you use to make them?
ATM I'm using C4D, but I'm still learning how to use that properly.

I like alot of those sigs, but the lighting in some of the sigs are a bit bright (chobits sig)

mmmm thnxs, i used adobe photoshop CS, i mostly do abstract by using the gradiant tool + the filter tab and various layer blending....

yea i don't really mess with the lighting much, so however they turn out is how they turn out... heh...

hmmm, messed with the sunburst effect, so it blends in a bit more, and looks less "tacked" on... gg
