Just finished Honey and Clover I and II, and I loved them. Are there any other series that are like Honey and Clover - basically good mix of comedy, romance, and college life?

Well, that's kinda difficult because there really aren't any other series' like HnC. A large part of it's charm for me was the uniqueness. Even so, there are some other good shows out there. I'd certainly suggest Genshiken. It's not really romance, but it is college/ comedy, and gives some insight into the otaku lifestyle.

And of course Ouran High School Host Club is a must see, one of the best recent series IMHO.

Bokura ga Ita is really good and realistic.

Kare Kano His and Her Circumstances is good, too. The couple becomes boyfriend/girlfriend early on and is dating during the series.

Mars is a realistic romance/drama manga.

Kare First Love is, too.

The Devil does Exist is a great realistic romance.

Paradise iss is great.

Wild Act is a great romance.

High School Debut is a sweet romance.

Paradise Kiss is a series you may enjoy.

Honey & Clover is hard to match, I'd suggest that you might want to try Beck or Genshiken, they're both realistic, Beck has the romance and Genshiken has the college life.

I'd say Nana, for me it was quite a good replacement after H&C finished, but I also have to say H&C is -very- hard to approach on a great many levels.
