First of all, let me start by apologizing if I put this in the wrong area, I didnt know where else to put it.

I downloaded kaikan Phrase episodes 1-24 and when I tried to watch it, it worked and everything. But the quality is really bad. I don think it's my player or anything, but the torrent itself. Does anyone know of where I can download kaikan phrase, those episodes with a different subbing group than Itsuka Anime ?

According to AniDB.net, only 2 groups have released it.
Itsuka Anime is stalled at 24 and Ishin Digital Anime dropped it at 18.
So you're gonna have to watch at least 6 eps of Itsuka

I haven't watched it, but I'm guessing the group could only get a hold of a poor quality raw.

Again according to AniDB, the available fansubs are all VHS rips at 320x240 or lower. Which means extremely crappy quality. Not much to do about it.

VHS-rip means bad, really bad quality. I've got to see a VHS-ripped episode that was as cool as DV ... or whatever the new-fangled things guys like TheFluff use.

Seems like I just won't watch it then ~ I'd rather not watch it with crappy quality. I just wish it was liscensed so i'd be able to purchase it >.<;

The earlier episode are a bit hard on the eyes. It was such a great anime...so I couldn't stop resist watching it. Chances of getting licensed is pretty slim. Try not to maximize the screen(i.e. don't watch full screen). Not to mention, lots of dark texture is used throughly the entire show.
