Looking for Manga similar to Isekai Ojisan

Recently got into the isekai genre for manga and I found Isekai Ojisan while looking for good ones. Basically it's about a person who recently got back into their original world after 17 years(iirc), so the person goes about telling his story to his nephew of the time he spent there.

I'm looking for something kinda similar with the following criteria in mind:
1. MC is hated or discriminated by their physical appearance making their life harder than it's supposed to be.
2. The manga being comedic is a must, preferably something not so nonsensical to the point that the story suffers?
3. This one doesn't have to be true, but either MC managed to travel back to their original world or MC managed to travel back to their world and somehow got transported back. Might be better if there was no definite way of travelling back and forth, or it's something like a one time thing.

Some manga that I've read that isn't really similar but has the some of the criteria checked:
1. Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu
2. Buta Koushaku ni Tensei Shitakara, Kondo wa Kimi ni Suki to Iitai
3. Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute
