Plot Summary

For real? It's hard to believe. This was a little web-manga from 2013 that lasted around 2 volumes. It's long finished so I'm not sure I see the point of adapting it now. Not that I'm complaining. I loved the manga back then.

It might be a short though.

Gain the power to stop time and what does she do with it? Look up some skirts of course! Well I suppose it's a good thing the MC doesn't have ambitious intentions for her powers. Must have also been a bit freaky for the girl immune to the time stop. World 'randomly' stops and you aren't sure what the heck is going on.

Could be a good and silly show to check out though.

Well, it shouldn't be a problem since they're merely a contracted studio. The companies behind Fragtime are a production committee that includes well-known names like Pony Canyon. The OVA started its theatrical run on November 22 too and it's still on going.
