are their site down?

I cant go to their site for some reason....

I maybe have wrong addres....

Yes, their site is down because of DNS issues.

2. Don't know either, but you can't even ask where to get One Piece now because it's licenced.

Well, you can ask and you can post links, problem is you'll probubly get banned and all references to your existance wiped from the universe including all posts you made. Ok, maybe not that extreme, but they will nuke your posts and the links at the least.

So in short, don't do it. Besides, I don't expect 4kids to have the licence very long before it's taken away from them for screwing it up, so OP shouldn't be licenced long.
