A story about the citizens who have forgotten about the pain of the war that happened one hundred years ago when the hero defeated the evil king.

If there is ever a brutal deconstruction of the whole high fantasy guild/adventurer meme, FWS has to be it. Instead of lucky adventurers drinking at Tavern and finding love, farming monsters and making money, fight the dark lord and earning glory, this manga instead portray the dark side of the guild system.

Guilds instead became businesses designed to do whatever the government want. Corruption are rampant, guild members were dumped wayside after they no longer became useful. While powerful interests use the guild members for their nefarious ends.

Welcome to a world where a tribe of orcs may have more honor than a party of heroes.
