Original character designer LAM (takt op. Destiny) drew the teaser visual pictured below for the project.

Cyber Agent, Avex Pictures, and Elements Garden are producing the project. Doga Kobo will produce the anime part of the franchise, and WonderPlanet Inc. will develop the game in the franchise. The game and anime staff are aiming for a 2022 release for both projects.

The voice cast for the project includes: Kazuki Ura, Satoi Shibuya, Hiromu Mineta, kayto, Makoto Furukawa, Keigo Hagiya, Gakuto Kajiwara, Junya Enoki, Takeo Ōtsuka, Akito Sugibayashi, and Shugo Nakamura.

The staff will host a livestream press conference for the project on Abema and YouTube on November 6.

The bit of the synopsis I read made me think of Vivy, minus the rebellion stuff. And maybe the guy with the blue hair. I'm not usually fond of all-boy group musical anime, but I'll see after they drop a trailer.

Apparently Crunchyroll is going to pick this up, although it's not yet confirmed to be official or not.

I guess I should have paid more attention to the synopsis because I was not expecting an idol anime, but that after credit scene does feel like this might be going down the Vivy route.

Now who wants to bet that whatever that kids adoptive father was working on has something to do with what's going on in the shadows...

I really hate when people cut onions while I'm watching anime.

Jokes aside, a nice emotional episode focusing on Chrom. I missed it the first time, but someone in the comments on CR pointed out that Chrom bore a striking resemblance to the author of the final book he got. This is now the second time that one of the androids looked like a real person. At this point there must be something to it.

My stomach hurts.
There is no logical development that I can think of is going to end well for Stand Alone. Worst case scenario will be them getting g killed off in some incidents by the end of the stories, and probably get KNoCC shut down too...

I was not expecting this show to get this kind of dark. Finding out your adoptive Father killed four people to help make you the perfect human. Zetsubou indeed.

Now the question is is Esola actually human. Someone pointed out that kid Esola doesn't have that ring around his pupil.

I can't wait for more. I know the game plot so I know something terrible has to happen in the anime to tie into the game plot.
But whala, the anime is already handling out even more terrible things that the game isn't foreshadowing.
I pray the show won't disappoint when it is Stand Alone's turn to suffer. They will suffer right? RIGHT?
