NGL it was pretty cool how the episode lulls you into a false sense of security letting you think that the extra hand shown during the blizzard bit at the start was one of the shapeshifters when, in fact, it was the character that shows up at the end. Very well played.

Tall Laios is actually Marcille's image of him.

And the source of that is Falin, as her description of Laios was so different from his actual image that Marcille got shocked when she first met him and the image just got stuck to her mind.

It turns out the neko ninja's neko part is a curse. The undo of the curse is not easy for the party.

Laios has the hidden skill to communicate with people in their dream. He helps the elf girl to regain her confidence. In her dream, she obtains the same book used by the crazy magician. Not sure about the implication of the book in the dream right now.

The cooking of oysters is not a inventive way this time.

we got to know a little about laios and marcille past with those dreams and it was nice to see laios helping marcille.

I feel sad how now marcille is labeled as a dark magician because she used dark magic only once and it doesn't matter the context on why she did it, she will always be labeled and pointed as dark magician just because she wanted to save her best friend.

She’s not a child, she made her choice. In the context of this mythology what she did is considered a supremely grave offense, and she knew that. Laois gets off pretty much scot-free though, despite goading her on.

It's not Laios' skill, it's an exploit of what the nightmares are doing.

Given that the death of her father is the root of her fear to outlive everyone, I'm guessing Marcille's father was human which would make her a half-elf.

Good god. Senshi's fanservice started subtle and now even blind people can watch it. His apparent angry reaction reminded me of how Nanami was given a bodybuilder look in that Jujutsu Kaisen scene where he grabs an enemy by the hair

Marcille's father take a part in this Episode (Episode 19. of "Delicious in Dungeon"/"Dungeon Meshi"), he appeared in the paintings that were a part of Marcille's dream.
