Whoa. WHOA. The entire scene with Honesty was anime original, and it's obviously building up for something later in the series.

Neither of the new characters in Honesty are shown in the novels, nor their current dilemma in the guild. Very interesting.

On the one hand, its kind of a boring episode, but I love the cast and the innocent sense of adventure, so I don't mind. Haven't seen Henrietta glomp Akatsuki for quite a while, as well as Akatsuki's latest counter to that attack.

Is it me or does Serara seem taller now? Well, usually she was around Nyanta, a tall catman, so guess away from him she looks less like a kid, especially around people her own age. The scene where they all imitated their seniors was funny (especially Minori doing an Akatsuki impression).

Interesting scene with Honesty, at first I wondered if I missed that while following the novel thread, but guess it wasn't just me. Hm, wonder if they'll go for an anime original ending, or if its setup for something farther down the road (future chapter?).

Too bad they saved the most interesting part until the end, but at least next episode will focus on that more.

We've technically seen them in the anime, they were the guys killed by Enbart Nelles in episode 5, I believe. But I'm guessing that the anime is trying to elaborate on the Honesty issue that was only briefly mentioned in the LN. (Also, didn't Shiroe have another issue with the guild in the light novel?)

I'm guessing that Honesty is the one that's taking in a majority of the members of D.D.D. who left the guild because of Krusty's disappearance.

However, there's a problem regarding leechers in that guild. It'll be hard for Eins to kick them out!

Anyways, I like how Roe 2's introduction turned out! It's gonna be interesting for next week's episode.

Log Horizon might be low budget anime, but what make many people include me like this series. It because plot and story. If it change to original and just end it in this season. I would be disappoint.

An original ending could be acceptable if it was confined in its own special arc and didn't affect future developments.

Anyway I really don't quite understand why they gave so much time to this episode, there really wasn't that much that happened. This and the previous episode could have been condensed into one.

Also is Isuzu's voice actress really that bad at singing or she's doing that on purpose?

First half was really boring.
A few plot points briefly bought up that won't be a factor till LH S3 most likely. -_-

If this female Shiroe vampire knows she's weak against the sun, why is outside.
Also, isn't having this lv90 hanging around them during their adventure defeat the purpose of doing things themselves instead of getting carried by lv90s.

Real life shiroe had the time to level up 2 characters to lvl 90? LOL.

Makes me wonder what characters who had 2 or more pilots before the apocalypse are like in game, do they have split personalities?

I was fascinated by that scene as well and am also curious as to where things might lead. Hmm...

For myself I enjoyed the first half with the travellers mulling and reflecting over the world they find themselves in and...umm...continuing to find their bearings in the situation they have been in for a while now and grow into their own skin, as it were. Things that rpg'ers often took for granted but which can help lend a spice of realism to the game...though I am speaking moreso % wise about tabletop gamers as contrasted with computer gamers.

Anyway, the arrival of the female looking vampire version of Shiroe was kind of a surprise...the pv for the next ep mentions being with her was kinda tough somehow, we'll see what that means. Also looks like Nureha pops up next ep?

I don't really mind when animes take it easy, but I was bored most of time. This Roe should mmake it more amusing and I find regretable they didn't introduced he bit earlier.

Btw is it just me or whole junior group got more mature design for this quest?

1st to 90th can be done by new users in 80-100 hours of play before the Apocalypse.
