Glad that in his last moments of consciousness Shintaro was able to prevent Towa from ending up in a love hotel! The least she can do is nurse him back to health! And now he knows that she needs him as much as he'll probably need her! So he's willing to let her stay with him...and she didn't even need to bring out the angel wings
