Karasu wa Aruji wo Erabanai (The Crow Does Not Choose the Lord) novels is getting an anime adaptation. Coming next year in April 2024.

Premise from ANN

The books center on the world of the yatagarasu (the Japanese name for a variant of mythical god-crows that appear in East Asian folk mythologies). The yatagarasu are able to shape shift between human and crow forms, and live in the world of Yamauchi, a parallel world created by the yatagarasu god Yamagami. Within Yamauchi, the yatagarasu live in a society evoking Heian-era Japan, and the parallel world remains connected to our human world.

Karasu wa Aruji o Erabanai centers on a beautiful but eccentric yatagarasu boy named Yukiya, who is selected to become the imperial prince's retainer. The story unfolds as Yukiya and the prince become embroiled in court intrigue and conspiracies.

There are a lot of characters, so I didn't fully understand it, but it was pretty interesting.
So you got two plots going on, one with the 4 girls fighting over who gets to marry some guy, and then another plot that involves crow humans
And this some guy the girls are trying to marry was originally the younger brother who was gonna lose, but as a deal with the crows, he turns into a crow and also takes the place of his older brother?
Probably? That's what I got. I don't remember their names. The older brother is Ani-nomiya, easy since Ani = Older Brother, but I can't remember his replacement's name

Dang, and to think I was about to watch Shinkarion over this
A show that has more than a couple of IQ is always nice
