Am I the only one who laughed through the entire OP because of Berserker's "OUUUWAHAHAHAH" right before it? Omg poor Berserker, give him back his roar from the game.

Other than that, the episode didn't contain anything suprising for us game players. Rin was really in character though, just like I imagined how she'd sound from the game.

Yeah, Kimi ga Nozome Eien anime comes to mind. In my mind, the plot suffered because they merged two storylines that shouldn't be merged.

Not to get into another argument about KGNE, but I thought the plot was as near perfect as it can get. But then I am a Mitsuki fan so a haruka fan might have a different view of things.

Since we are taking about KGNE and this is a FSN forum:

How would you all merge KGNE and FSN. The storyline for the two is about as opposite end as you can get but still how would merger of KGNE and FSN work?

I can extend my criticissm to include Air and Shuffle if you want.

What I'm saying basically is... having too many chefs spoil the brew... sometimes less is more... it's especially important to remember this when you're making eroge to anime adaptations.

Regardless, I enjoyed Fate anime so far. The pacing is indeed wierd at times, but this is a full season anime so they have the time to reap what they have sown.

Wow I am surprised they gave away berserker's identity so easily. Man, Shirou's attempt to save Saber was so lame XD The part where he is lying on the ground looking dead I can imagine a 'game over' screen being displayed lol. Even Rin says it was pretty lame. Oh well, first main male character in a while who can't do squat by himself so it is interesting.
And Sakura is like onto Rin coming out of Shirou's house in the morning >_> I thought she would be the type of person that would be shy and just walk away and not say anything but it was Rin who had to run. I think she will get a big part in the anime, at least I hope. But I still like Saber teh best XD
