?? are dream ranker and DA arc already happening?

PS: does the railgun/accel collaboration sister arc mean that we will get a third version of that arc?

That is the tankōbon format release compiling the first part of the Dream Ranker Arc. Accelerator Manga Vol 1 releases in North America the same day, which is the start of the DA Arc.

Railgun/Accelerator collaboration? A few questions:

2. If it is during what timeframe is it set?

If I remember correctly on how they acted around each other in NT.3 they didn't seem to have met after Sisters arc up until Hawaii Invasion happened, so what gives?

We all want Index III. We all just have learned not to expect it. At least they were upfront about it this time instead of leading us on.

So basically Miki confirmed it won't be coming (as in airing) in Spring 2016 or Fall 2016 or did he say they have no plans to "announce" Index 3 at those times?

i dont think that they will do animes as long as the LN sells so well, if anything, they will mostlikely do another anime about railgun or, if the manga sells good enough, they will do a accelerator I (please dont...the manga is already meh! enough)...
either way, i dont see Index III in the next 2 years, at least not if the sails are more or less constant to now...

He never said anything related. Just apologies. You can still watch the stream yourself if you so desire.

My personal hope was they'd show the NT14 cover at the end...

So what was all the bs about more 11th year announcements? I mean the 11th year hasn't ended yet but this was the best time to announce something like that.

it is kinda already bad the sales of to aru are dropping every year and this year it was terrible i doubt it gonna even hit the top 10 at the end of the year

if we take by your logic then they are gonna wait until the sales became less than 100k ?

look at the whole market and compare index with other long-running-storys, 100k is still a really good number (as far as i know), i think that only after it gets below 80k they will make Index III (not railgun or accel, they will mostlikely happen in the next few years (at least railgun)))
