As Donnie's group searches for Percy, the boy in question wakes up in front of Nasciens.... who intends to experiment on him. Percy is upset that his helmet and cape were removed, but the herbalist points out they've safely been tucked away nearby.... and proceeds to inject the boy with another toxin. Oddly, it just seems to make Percy's hair grow bigger! Nasciens also reveals he has a strange habit of biting his lip whenever he gets excited, a habit that his sister often tried to discourage. Interestingly, when he mentions his sister, we cut to a closeup of Dolores... who, along with the rest of Donnie's group, are being chased by Nasciens' past test subjects in the valley.

As the herbalist makes his next concoction, Percy breaks free from his restraints! He then grabs his cloak and helmet before confronting Nasciens..... who brings out a pair of blades, known respectively as Henbane and Belladonna. In the ensuing scuffle, the herbalist's latest drug gets knocked over, which Percy catches. Nasciens begs him to give it back, but Percy refuses, as he knows it'll just be tested on a future guinea pig..... so he volunteers to try it himself!!!

idk Nascian could fit the plague aspect of the four knights of the apocalypse with the whole alchemist aspect. Sure the picture pointed towards Tristan but that could be a miss lead or miss information in story since they only had vague clues about the prophecy.

If he is kings and Dianes child, then I wonder why he has the whole mad scientist aspect? Maybe Dolores has some kind of health problem he is trying to prevent?

There's a translation out. Basically, it's confirmed that Nasciens isn't really a villain, but a misunderstood eccentric who apparently has good intentions for his creepy experiments (further evidenced by the fact that Dolores defended his actions). I also agree that he'd be a good candidate for the "Plague" knight due to his expertise with drugs and poisons. Plus, he even has a distinctive pair of weapons (which are powered by magic, as Percy points out). Wonder how that new drug of his will affect Percy? Maybe it'll just make his hair grow even bigger?

Hmm, I wonder about that. True, Nasciens implied Dolores was his sister, but we still don't know the full context of their relationship. Furthermore, I did a bit of digging around, and discovered that Suzuki hinted in a recent Q&A (from the "Untold Stories" book released after NNT ended last year) that NNT's Dolores may still be alive, after all! As translated by MH's FKS:

Q: Dolores made her appearance in this gaiden but ended up not reappearing ever again. Does that mean she is dead?
Nakaba: No, I didn't draw a scene where she's dead so she must be alive, right? To tell the truth, I considered drawing an episode where she's in fact alive due to Matrona's judgment to mark her off as dead but people'd comment on me bringing her now of all times, so I didn't draw it in the end.

And something else interesting to note: Around the time of the second Vaizel arc in NNT (the arc where we're introduced to the respective fairy and giant kings Gloxinia and Dolor as members of the Ten Commandments), Suzuki had actually planned to bring back Dolores in that arc's tournament, but scrapped the idea:

So tl;dr, there really IS a possibility that this Dolores could be the same one from Diane's gaiden, despite her different appearance....

How could they be the same person if they look completely different? It's possible that Diane's friend Dolores is still alive but just isn't this Dolores. Let's wait and see though.

And yeah, it's indeed possible that Nasiens and Dolores aren't real siblings but simply consider each other that.

Anyway. As expected, to Percy the Gorge is indeed closer to a Paradise than to Hell. He gets to have all the prey he wants.

I'm still iffy on the prophecy about the Four Knights destroying the world. I'm thinking it can still turn out there's either a misunderstanding in the meaning or the prophecy is wrong.

Percy starts writhing in pain after drinking Nasciens' drug! However, he instantly perks up! Seems the medicine wasn't so deadly, after all. Nasciens then gulps down what's left of it, and passes out....

Donnie's group finally reach Percy. We then get a brief flashback: An old man named Oldo (or Ordo?) used to live in the valley. He researched medicine and would regularly treat the fairies living there. And it wasn't just fairies he took care of.... for he adopted a giantess who strayed from her group as part of his family. Later, he discovered a baby boy who was left abandoned in the valley, and adopted him as his grandchild, as well.... who he named Nasciens. The boy was a smart child, and studied medicine under Oldo's wing. But one day, years later, Oldo suddenly disappeared without a trace.....

Back in the present, after Nasciens wakes up, the surrounding fairies angrily attack him for messing with their valley. However, Percy defends him. As for the valley's wildlife, Nasciens heals them with his magic, which is known as Mix Venom. Apparently, he focuses on using poison as medicine because Oldo taught him it could save lives. Meanwhile, at the valley's outskirts, that fairy who Percy rescued earlier comments on the valley's life force returning to normal. He then tells the ominous figure with him that he raised a meddlesome disciple. The fairy addresses that creepy figure as OLDO.....!!!!

As everyone celebrates the valley's restoration (and Percy's hair is cut back to its original size), the party gets cut short as a truly grotesque creature makes its appearance. But said creature has.... Oldo's face?! What's more, he starts vomiting deadly toxins all over the place! As Nasciens approaches "Oldo" and tries to reason with him, the monster merely says he'll destroy the valley! He then suddenly grabs hold of Nasciens and begins to crush him! Dolores stops him from harming her little brother, but she gets spewed with toxic gas in exchange....!!!

The mysterious fairy suddenly appears. Looks like Sin figures out that the fairy was the one who turned Oldo into a monster! When Percy asks why, the fairy answers that Oldo was a sinner..... and to atone for his sins, he'll destroy the entire valley! Oldo then lunges forward to devour Nasciens..... but Percy leaps forward and saves him! Our hero does not take kindly to this turn of events, as evidenced by the next chapter's title of, "Percival's Wrath"....!!!!

Donnie tries to shoot down the evil fairy controlling Oldo, but all his shots miss! However, as the fairy gets ready to resume the attack, an arrow pierces his head!!! I'm not sure about this, but I think the arrow that hit him bounced off Oldo's body (gotta wait for a proper TL to confirm). It seems the heroes won..... except, it's not over yet. As it turns out, the fairy was merely a disguise for the TRUE culprit behind Oldo's transformation: The Amber Knight, Talisker!!! Yes, another of Arthur's holy knights has appeared....!!!

Nasciens gets ready to charge at this new foe, but briefly gets stopped by Percy, who seems to start powering up..... but lets out a fart instead. Before Nasciens continues his attack, the holy knight unleashes his magic, which causes deadly hail to rain down! Plus, he's still in control of Oldo, who swats away his grandson! As the monster follows up, Percy blocks the next strike! That's when something curious happens: Oldo seems to start regaining his memories, as he utters Nasciens' name. This enrages Talisker, who rains down hail on Oldo this time! But Percy leaps to the air and pulverizes the chunks of ice, though not without suffering some damage himself. Nasciens and Donnie run to his side, but Percy is just glad he was able to protect his friends. The holy knight is about to break up this touching moment, when Percy's body starts glowing! It looks like his hero-type magic has been activated once more.....?!!!

So Percy doesn't how to use his magic on command yet. Although something seems to happening wit that at the end of the chapter. Hm.

I like how Ordo called Nasiens' name and stopped attacking towards the end of the chapter.

The holy knight rains down more hail on Percy, but the young hero uses his magic to suck up the ice chunks into his aura and fire them back at his foe! The two clash some more, but soon Percy easily crushes Talisker to the ground! The knight's not finished yet, though.... as he reveals yet another trick up his sleeve: Using his magic (apparently called "Calamity"), he zaps the boy with a thunder bolt! However, it looks like the spell was absorbed by Percy's power. Finally, the knight unleashes a gigantic bird with his calamity magic..... which Percy proceeds to bisect with his own powers! The knight gets caught in Percy's counterattack and gets blasted across the valley! Yes, this was truly a one-sided fight, indeed.....!!!
