Misaki probably has that whistle for protection because She probably thinks he's a pervert and her ability doesn't work on him. He probably also ignores her so she uses that whistle to get his attention.

i don't know..but i don't feel the/his "misfortune" in this cover...he look(..at least ..the part that is visible ) ..quite serious/disinterested/and possibility badass
