There's nothing mention of Trihexa being defeated in the future. The only thing similar is Azazel and the other Maou's are gone which is obviously because of them going to the Isolation Barrier Field to fight against Trihexa like in the Main timeline. Artificial Sacred Gear is already completed as even the Counter Balance Balance was already introduced which is the opposite of Balance Breaker. Only the Artificial Longinus is not yet introduced in the Main timeline but I'm hopeful for it to be introduced.

while the artifical longinuses idea would kind of be cool i feel like it would not make any sense for anyone to get any real mileage of them in such a short time. also we already have the malebranche which have yet to be used so adding artifical longinuses would feel like clogging things too much since i doubt the war against ExE is going to last much considering how most "wars" in DxD are basically won by the protagonist killing the leader.

they would be better fit for a story set a few years on the future where they already have been around for some time.

Not all will be equipped by Malebranches and for sure it'll be equipped by the elite on the devils side so the more realistic power up for others is artificial sacred gears there's already a handful of it being successfully made and since Azazel already got in contact with an artificial longinus so he should already some ideas on how to make one so this is the best time to introduce them in the story . Xenovia, Rias, Akeno and the others already have too many powerups so it's about to give those who still haven't received even at least once.

like i said, we already have 12 superweapons, yes those are not enough for every single named character but is there really any need to literally hand over a massive power up to every single character? i already have trouble seeing how they are going to fit the 12 malebranche, the balance breakers of all the longinuses and whatever ExE brings.

we dont even know the balance breakers of all the already present longinus, we dont know what powers the malebranche have and you really think its good idea to add even more weapons? ishibumi is already struggling to fit girls into the harem and handling the already present characters, now we have ExE, nebiros, cross time kiss and the malebranche to add, maybe FxF too and adding more longinus on top of that? unless DxD shin continues to volume 40 i cant see a good reason to add even more things that will go unexplored five seconds after being introduced

Yes I agree with you that not everyone needs a powerups but at the very least the important ones specifically those of who lives in the Hyoudou residence like Elmenhilde,Le Fay, Ravel and maybe Irina needs their powerup as out of all Ravel,Le Fay and Elmenhilde are the only ones who haven't received a powerup.
Let's list Issei's harem and their power, abilities powerup

1.Rias - Crimson Extinct Dragonar and Forbidden Invade Balor the Princess(she can fight 80%percent and Verrine in this form) ,Extinguished Star
2.Asia - Fafnir and her balance breaker Twilight Saint Affection which can negate even a blow from Rizevim who is a Super Devil and Artemis who is a God.
3.Xenovia - Crimson Destruction Dragonar and Excalibur Scabbard plus her original weapon Durandal and Excalibur
4.Koneko - her tails evolved from 2 to 3 ( even in 2 tails she can already fight on pat with her sister Kuroka who is Ultimate class in strength.
5.Rossweissei - Mistilteinn Wand (Wands used mostly by god's in Norse as she stated herself) , Barrier Magic
6.Akeno - Holy Lightning Dragon, and his 2 powerful Oni Familiar
7.Irina - Hauteclairre

Even Roygun developed a crack wherein the damaged will take a long time before it heals.
So among the remaining girls Le Fay, Elmenhilde and Ravel are the only ones who didn't even get a powerup. So instead of giving them some absurd powerup, an artificial sacred or better Artificial Longinus would be the ideal for them.Not an overpowered boost in power but decent enough to boost their power.

ravel can get a power up related to the members ruval team like receiving a blessing from bennu or something, no need for a longinus

le fay is clearly going to be as relevant as aika if her volume is anything to go by. if she needs a power up that badly they could do something related to her ancestors or something

elmenhilde got a power up though? she can deflect cadre-level attacks after doping herself whit issei blood. i fail to see how she needs even more power

also why do they need a power up? if anything they need character development (except ravel, she got it in spades) and is not like everyone related to issei needs to become a powerhouse. they dont even need a power up to stay relevant, they are part of the harem already so unlike guys like saji or sairaorg they dont need to fight on the front lines to be relevant

The develop of the girls, one of the biggest problems of the whole story. Even because the girls appear even without fight, while usually if they have to fight, normally they fight fodder.

Nah Irina will get fuck all. Her primary weapon will always be the shitty Hauteclere and she'll always use basic angel spells. The childhood friend is always the most boring of the harem. It's a trope.

this could be avoided with Incenerate and more space, but for Ishibumi is better put a new girl with few relevance that is always an angel, rather than develop her.

If Ishi can't think of a powerup for Irina maybe he should just give her or make her to be precise a second generation of Hauteclere [Hauteclere II] and just add some new features to it aside from the purification trait .
