...Well, that looks like an Event™. As odd as it is to say, it's actually a good thing the training camp was there. Normally the first time adventurers in a game would hear about something like this would be when NPCs would start saying stuff like "Did you hear that an army of Sahaugins has attacked some of our towns along the coast? They're moving inland and killing everything they encounter! Rumor has it they're being lead by (insert cause of invasion here). If only someone could stop them!" That would be bad in Elder Tale, given that the NPCs here are actually, you know, alive.

I was thinking of an event because "Return of the Goblin King" doesn't sound like a rare monster just appearing. It sounds more like a quest event from an RPG. Poor Rudy. He's made friends, but he doesn't want others to know he's one of the People of the Land.
