Sure you can post your characters from whatever source. If it someone who has yet to air in the anime, then make sure you have put them under spoiler tags with plenty of warnings.... (not that those warnings will deter any of the curious ).

To reiterate, use clearly marked spoiler tags for any character that has yet to be shown in the anime and you will be fine.
