sorry if this is wrong section but i have no idea where to put this

any i want to ask do japanese release Light novel in digital form like epug or pdf (not scanned with highlight-able text)? because i want to learn japanese by reading with machine translator aid

second does LN really pack all the colour page in front like they do in Baka-tsuki? because they are kinda spoiler-ish

1- No. Web novels would be your closest bet. If you absolutely want to read printed media you will have to find the online raws from somewhere and use a program to convert that into text.
