Hey guys. I made a thread a while back regarding Java, and I got tons of help there, so I thought you might be able to help with this too.

Well, I have one last "set" of java-tasks to do before I'm done with the subject. However, I'm a bit wonky, and I got a friend to send me his files to see how and what he did.

However, when I try to run the programs, I can't launch them. I can only pick something called "Ant build", and when I do, nothing happens.
Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?

To put it in another way, how to download Java files and run the programs in eclipse?
