Well, he's summoned to this world as a strategist. His combat abilities are higher than average but nothing overpowered. Or maybe he just sucked completely. Either way his combat abilities aren't much. In fact when he was first summoned his STR was lower than an old man's of 7. His only ability is to be able to see statuses.
I only read up to vol 2 in the Ln and a bit further in the WN, but the two girls on the cover of vol 1 are interested in him. On the WN it seems that he is too busy to snu them. The problems just don't stop coming. But I can confirm the feeling is mutual between the MC and the blonde. |

to just be protected would be dull. There isn't much of a point to going to another world if you don't sling a little magic. If it's large scale war, making a setup like Madan no Ou would be better. It isn't practical to put your strategist in harms way, yes. However, lets face it, none of us see ourselves jumping into a war in another world for practical reasons. It's always something half-baked ("ya just gotta aim for king"), high-handed ("I am morally superior to the savages so I will force them to reform with murder"), or dumb ("I thought getting 10's of thousands of people killed would get me a harem"). That last one especially get's me...there are easier ways to get your %$#@ wet, ya know!
Anyway, he's the strategist but what kind is he? Is he the idea guy among the commanders riding into battle or is he an arm-chair general who never leaves the base?

@Indalecio you might want to update who's translating this series seeing as the person you've linked did it only as a teaser. Fortunately someone else has since picked it up and released up to what I'm guessing as chapter six, check the novelupdates page: http://www.novelupdates.com/series/t...ws-everything/
My impressions so far have been that the characters all feel very real and their interactions have been more towards what actual people might feel and respond like. The translations themselves are actually pretty good except for the minor mistakes here and there, nothing that having an editor won't fix. |

No problem. But the person who picked it up continued from where the last person left off, from chapter 3 onwards, fyi. You could link both, the teaser translation for the first two chapters and then a link to the one who picked up the series.
