Manga question *MAJOR ANIME SPOILERS*

Well, first off I've just caught up on the bleach manga, and this question was kinda bugging me so I'm hoping someone here can help me, so here goes,

Are the Visored on the same side as the whole Hollow/Aizen group or are they on their own?

The reason why I ask this is because quite obviosly they aint good guys, (I think ) but they seem to be on a differant agenda to Aizen, plus in the manga, Isshin says...

1.) "Their locations and their plans are completely unknown."
2.) "They're preparing for some kind of battle."
3.) "...They probably noticed it too, the sudden change in the Arankaru."

At least to me, these sound like the Visored are acting on they're own, but I might be wrong, so does anyone know?

We just know what Isshin says, really.
As I see it:
-They want Ichigo
-They don't seem too bothered with the Shinigami or Aizen. For now.
-Their power should be >captain level, but there doesn't seem to be too many of them.

the rest:
urahara & co, kurosaki family and the special humans

assuming that Urahara is on somebody's side else than Yoruichi might be fatal, and colt shock due plot twist
Visored must be stronger than SS, but we don't know how are they to best Arracle...

You forget quincys. No way there with urahara and co there shinigami.. Ishida made a promise with his father not to associate with a shinigami again.. and he called him weak . Cant wait for ishida to turn into a monster

quincy's wont deal with shinigami buisness, which imo arrankar is shinigami buisness but of course kubo will let quincy's take some action.
