I haven't read the novel yet. But someone mentioned that Erika cut her hair previously after her father tried to rape her (?). Did that really happen? In which volume/chapter?

stopped reading this series after yen press announced they are licensing this... now i decided to once again follow mahouka, knowing that ill never be able to read its actual LN. now i am just gonna fill this empty hole with spoiler and summary.... should i start sweeping mahouka's sub forum or are there easier way of doing it?....
