but that AIM burst is just a new born one. She would like a baby in front of a mature one. The being born in AIM burst has it's own life and conscience. Though artificial only.

Hmmm... Not a good example, that AIM Burst is like a new born baby- Sure it has tons of Esper powers but it's just randomly thrashing around.

Actually if you think about it, 20 000 Misaka clones was suppose to represent 128 Mikoto(s). I don't know if it's compounded, but 9699 clones technically should be equal to at least 50-60 Mikoto(s) if we follow the math.
