I started reading this manga, I'm loving it so far. and I think it is the first where historical figures (soldiers from WWII) from Empire of Japan are being used.(if there are other mangas, please tell me.)

Looks to be something newer than 56. He's on the Hiryuu, and by context of what he's saying (something about "winning this time", if my Japanese isn't off), he's probably talking to Kanno or Scipio, but I don't see it in 56 or in 55, when he met those two.
