It's not... Avatars are limited to 50kb. That one is over 117kb. As for the logo. I don't think it's possible to remove it without a lot of work with clone stamp tool. If i were you i would just remake the avatar if you got the video of that scene.

Yeah, to get rid of the logo you would need to clone it out of every single frame. Unless you're really dedicated; it is not something i'd recommend doing.
As far as making animated gif for AS goes. To start I suggest you try to avoid shots with moving background; moving background makes it hard or impossible to be optimized, and often you won't be able to get it down to size without some sacrifices.

Could I ask for two animated 100X100 avatars from Shakugan no Shana? Both Hecate related. A border of any color that the creater thinks looks nice.

The first is at the end of episode 22 where Hecate seems almost happy as she explains how she's becoming "fulfilled". It starts around 21:20 and goes to 21:28 or so. Not the whole thing but any few seconds that loop best.

The second is around the middle of episode 24 about at 13:45-13:46. Hecate is shrieking as she unleashes her power of existance.

I heard something about a third chibi Shana special with a chibi Hecate but alas, I haven't seen that(only the first two) otherwise I'd almost certainly request an animated version of tiny Hecate.

Shuin you really need to request these in the sub-threads supplied for certain anime going on at the moment.




You should also cut down on requesting sigs alot since it annoys us sig makers who take time from our life to take your request. I hope I'm not being harsh or anything but it started to bother me you kept requesting a sig after another.
Also please do wait about a week or so in the sub threads, then if it's dead you should request here. Again I hope I'm not being harsh and hurt your feelings.

Having just about caught up to the current episode of Hayate, The Combat Butler, I must join the crowd for Hinagiku avatars... though I don't know if I'll use it or not.

Anyway, I would like the scene with Hina in episode 16 from 9:23-26 in SS-Eclipse's sub, animated, and if possible, looping. Thanks!
